There are considered in the paper so called equations with oscillating charge which are the important elements of
Unitary Quantum Theory. There are described within bounds of this theory the behavior of micro-particle in
many quantum problems as the passing or reflection of potential barriers, wells, the tunnel effect, the particle
scattering etc. and are observed some interesting quantum phenomena not corresponding to standard Quantum
Mechanics There is constructed the mathematical model of Coulomb barrier’s overcoming, which shows the
practical possibility of the cold nuclear fusion although the standard Quantum Mechanics denies such possibility. |

NEGATIVE ENERGY ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION AND THE INTERPRETATION OF QUANTUM MECHANIC |

If our interpretation is correct, it can be said that the absorption of ingoing electromagnetic waves by an atom is equivalent to the emission of outgoing electromagnetic waves of negative energy. Former workers have abandoned negative energy solutions on different grounds. We believe nevertheless, that their arguments are not strong enough. Mathematical completeness and a deeper physical insight into the problem of emission and absorption of radiation deserve consideration of these negative energy solutions. These negative energy electromagnetic waves are characterized by the fact that when they interact with electric charges, energy is transferred from the fields to the charges. There is no a priori reason, why this should not be so. Why does nature should have a preferred direction in the transference of energy from matter to radiation? Why it is not possible a process in which energy flows from the electromagnetic radiation to the matter? Our mathematical model definitely allows a description of this reversed process.
With our wave field interpretation, based upon a matter-antimatter conjugation, it is easy to come to an interpretation of absorption processes. According to our model, all the interaction processes between matter and radiation are to be described with the electromagnetic waves of positive and negative energy. |

Preamble
In the field of classical physics the force laws for gravitation and electromagnetic interaction are considered as axioms. In the quantum field theory, however, these interactions (basic forces) are due to the exchange of virtual bosons. This applies to the strong, weak, and electromagnetic interactions (standard model). A consistent theory of gravitation (quantum gravitation) has, however, not existed so far. 1) Reasons for these difficulties are, among others, the unilateral particle view, the corresponding particle diversity (particle zoo) and decisively also the physically not sufficient definition of the mass term. The situation is complicated by the fact that power effects are, depending on the approach and relevance, defined in a different way. |

Neben Projektvermittling wird überwiegend Grundlagenforschung betrieben. Dabei geht es um neue Konzepte zum Atomodell, zur einfachen Berechnung von Spektrallinien, zur Physik- und Chemiedidaktik.
Seit kurzem wurde die schwierige Publikationsmöglichkeit in der referierten Literatur dadurch überwunden, dass ein ungewöhnlicher Sammelbegriff (elektrino) benutzt wurde. Damit wird die Vorstellung verbunden, dass die Energie eines absorbierten Photons nicht ausgelöscht wird durch die Bindungsenerie, sondern erhalten bleibt. Dies öffnet der Spekulation Tür und Tor, was mit dem Elektrino geschieht, wenn eine Ionisation erfolgt (Vakuumpolarisation usw.). |

Some New Results Concerning the QFT Vacuum in the Heisenberg Picture |

Nach der Quantentheorie ist der Vakuumzustand (Quantenvakum) der energetisch niedrigste mögliche Zustand eines Quantensystems. Nach Arbeiten von Salomon (?Some new results concerning the vacuum in dirac?s hole theory?. Physc. Scr. 74 (2006) 117-122.) ist aber erstaunlicherweise ein energetisch noch tiefere Energiezustand als der Vakuumzustand theoretisch doch möglich. In einer neuen Arbeit weist Salmon nun nach, dass auch im Rahmen des Formalismus der Quantenfeldtheorie es energetisch niedrigere Zustände gibt und dass deren Existenz in Zusammenhang mit einer Extraktion von Energie aus dem Quantenvakuum zu interpretieren ist.

Negative energy density for a Dirac-Maxwell field |
|
It is well know that there can be negative energy densities in quantum field theory. Most of the work done in this area has involved free non-interacting systems. In this paper we show how a quantum state with negative energy density can be formulated for a Dirac field interacting with an Electromagnetic field. It will be shown that for this case there exist quantum states whose average energy density over an arbitrary volume is a negative number with an arbitrarily large magnitude. |

A Tribute To Albert Einstein: R. M. Santilli's 1998 Confirmation of A. Einstein's 1935 Prediction that Quantum Mechanics is not a "Complete" Theory |

I believe that Einstein's vision on the lack of final character of quantum mechanics is, by far, the most important legacy by Albert Einstein because it implies a true scientific renaissance encompassing all quantitative sciences, with advances simply beyond our imagination at this writing (see the monograph New Sciences for a New Era). Therefore, I hope that colleagues will join our team in honoring Einstein's legacy of such historical proportion.
In 1978, I was at Harvard University under support from the Department of Energy and was asked to search for basically new energies and fuels. Therefore, I decided to study the fundamental synthesis in nature, that of the neutron from the hydrogen atom occurring in the core of stars. I immediately discovered that quantum mechanics is completely inapplicable (and not violated) for such a problem because quantum mechanics has been conceived and tested for the fusion of two particles or nuclei into a third with a mass defect which is converted to energy, according to Einstein's equation E = mc2. By contrast, the mass of the neutron is bigger than the sum of the masses of the electron and the proton, thus causing the inapplicability for the neutron synthesis of the basic axioms of quantum mechanics. Independently from these technical aspects, quantum mechanics was completely inapplicable because you cannot fuse two points, the point electron, and the point proton, into a third point, the point neutron. Only a theory representing the dimension and density of the particles had some chances of success. Such a theory did not exist and had to be constructed. This scenario was sufficient to identify rather clearly in 1978 the need for a "completion" of quantum mechanics into a broader theory representing the actual size and density of particle and such a completion could only be along the EPR argument.
